Since 1991, HeirSeekers International LLC has specialized in uniting Heirs to Unclaimed Financial Assets. These assets may be comprised of Estate Monies, Real Estate Properties, Mineral Rights, Insurance Policy Benefits, etc., held by Fiduciaries until lawful claims can be established. We work in conjunction with the courts and these fiduciaries toward proving the legal rights of our clients to inherit or claim these assets under the law.
HeirSeekers has a vastly experienced staff of qualified Forensic Genealogical Researchers, Legal Documentation Expert Witnesses, and Client Support Specialists. We also are in partnership with an extensive Worldwide network of
Probate Attorneys, Licensed Private Detectives, and Archive Correspondents.
Without HeirSeekers on their side, many Heirs find themselves overlooked by the Fiduciary or, even if notified, find the genealogical connection too difficult or cost prohibitive, given the extensive research, documentation and legal fees incurred necessary to prove their claim. Thus, they are ultimately deprived of their lawful inheritance!
HeirSeekers takes care of all that for their clients, being compensated from the Estate proceeds, only if and when HeirSeekers proves their clients’ lawful claim to inherit. If not proven, the Heir pays nothing!
